Terms of Service
General Terms:

Acceptance of any of our services is deemed to be acceptance of our terms of service.

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse any service for safety, financial or other risk

We reserve the right to impose supplementary charges if the client requests anything extra to be carried out that is not normally included in the standard service or for any costs incurred whilst caring for your pet that are not expected or caused by Wright’s Animal Services.

We reserve the right to add to and update our terms of service at short notice
Animal Welfare:
-
The client consents to Wright’s Animal Services taking any action necessary to protect their animal/s and keep them in good health

The client consents to Wrights Animal Service’s feeding their animal/s as requested.

The client will be responsible for any costs which might be incurred, either Veterinary or other, as a result of any sickness, accident, or damage caused to or by the above named animal/s, excepting third party liability, and that they will pay any such costs or expenses on demand

If the client requires that their pet be medicated, they must leave clear instructions on their service contract forms as well as a written note at every booking with instruction and signed permission for us to administer said medication/s

The client will be responsible for making sure that their pet is in good health before leaving it in the care of Wright’s Animal services

The client will be responsible for making sure that their animal/s have enough food and any other sundry items involved in caring for the animal/s in the property for the length of their absence
Veterinary Care:

The client gives Wright’s Animal Services permission to act as guardian for their pet in their absence

If an animal/s are taken unwell in the care of Wright’s Animal Services will contact the client and the animal/s registered vets immediately and will take them to their vets for any treatment whilst you are unavailable. Any costs incurred in this will be chargeable to the client

The client gives Wright’s Animal Services permission to transport their pet/s to the above-named Vet by whatever means necessary

The client agrees that, in the event of any surgery or euthanasia, that Wright’s Animal Services will accept the advice of the Vet and, if the client cannot be contacted, the named emergency contact will be contacted
Theft and Damage:

Wright’s Animal Services will not be held liable for and damage or injury caused by the clients animal/s

Wright’s Animal Services will not be held liable for the theft of any animal/s
-
Wright’s Animal Services will not be held liable for any injury or illness to the client’s animal/s unless we can be shown to be negligent

Wright’s Animal Services will not be held liable for any theft or damage to the client’s property unless we can be shown to be negligent
Booking, Invoices and Payments:

We will only confirm a booking when the client has provided full details of their animal/s and services required

Bookings are confirmed when a meet and greet has taken place or when a booking request for a service is received and confirmed. The cancelation policy will be in force from there on

We reserve the right to change prices for our services, however any pre booked/quoted services will remain at the price originally quoted excluding dog walking

Invoices are due on receipt
Cancelation Policy:

Our cancelation policy is in force from the date that the service is requested and confirmed.

For cancelations made (from the start date of any service)
More than 48hrs- no charge
48hrs or less- full charge

We do not offer a reduction in price for late changes i.e. a reduction of dates made within 7 days of the start date of the booking or during the booking

COVID: for any cancellations made with relation to COVID, our policies will still apply. We appreciate travel restrictions etc. may be out of the client’s control, but as a small business we simply cannot afford to lose out on the revenue
Keys and Access to Property:

Keys will need to be given to Wright’s Animal Services no later than 24hrs before the start of any service

Keys can be collected at the initial meeting or a £10 charge for collection thereafter
-
The client should provide and alarm or access information for the property on the service contract forms

The client must inform Wright’s Animal Services of any scheduled visitors to the property in their absence
-
Wright’s Animal Services accept no liability if a third party shares access to the clients property of animal/s
Communication:
-
The client consents to Wright’s Animal Services contacting them in regards to their animal/s care.

The clients information will not be shared with any third party and will be kept in compliance with current data protection laws
